I just
wanted to thank you for the great service you provide. You installed a new
heat pump, furnace, air conditioning unit for me a few years ago and it as
performed extremely well. We were on the budget plan for gas and
electricity, after the first year, we had such a large credit at the gas
company, our budget was $1.00 (yes, one dollar) per month. The next year it
was $2.00 a month. It was not until the third year that we really started
paying a gas bill, and it was much lower than before we got the system. The
humidifier is great and our electric bill is about $50 a month lower than
before we got the system. We are saving over $100 per month on utilities.

I am so thankful that I just happened to see your # when I was looking
thru the York phone book. We had gotten 2 other estimates, well actually only
one- but it took 3 months to get it. The other place came out the same day I
called which I was both surprised and pleased with, but then 2 1/2 weeks later
we still didn't have an estimate so I called them back the same day I called
you. When Gary came out the same day, again I was both surprised and pleased,
but then Gary went 2 steps further, 1 He called me on my cell and gave me the
"run down" of things and said that they could start Friday ( This was on
Wednesday). 2 He left the estimate plus some literature on our kitchen table so
we could look it over that night. I just have to say, knowing what more info. I
do now about that other company I am just so pleased that he didn't give me an
estimate right away or we might have their brand of equipment sitting outside
right now instead of a Trane. We couldn't be more pleased with the promptness of
your company, both Gary in coming out so quickly and the installers. They were
here Thursday already getting set up, one day after I called! We've lived
w/o central air for 7 years and I figured it would be another couple of weeks
before anything was installed. Thank you for making customer service and
satisfaction a #1 priority!! You have a new customer and also one that will give
a great reference to York Heating & A/C.
